The International Hapkido Seminar was held in Pishkek, Kyrgyzstan on June 23-24. This seminar was coordinated by Grand Master Jafar Navai, President of the Central Asian Hapkido Association, and supervised by Master Uteshova Nazira. An international Hapkido seminar was held in the Novosibirsk region of Russia. The Azerbaijan Hapkido Federation held an international seminar in the presence of the head of the World Hapkido Organization to develop this sport. This seminar was held in Baku with the cooperation and teaching of Grand Master Jafar Navaei , president of the Central Asian Hapkido Association. International Hapkido Seminar Held in India. The International Hapkido and Self-Defense Seminar was held in India from  2024 March 27 to 31. This seminar was held in cooperation with the Central Asian Hapkido Association and taught by Grand Master Jafar Navai, President of the Central Asian Association, in two regions: Kolkata on March 27 and 28 and Chennai on March 30 and 31.
